Welcome to the Twinery/Scor-pal blog hop!!!
Today we are excited not only about our very first Scor-pal blog hop but also to be celebrating the first anniversary of our friends at The Twinery. These two teams have joined forced for an amazing line up of projects that will show you the wonderful things you can create using your Scor-pal along with baker’s twine from The Twinery! From boxes and bags to cards and 3D projects the creativity by these two teams is sure to please.
Here is a peek of what you will see from the Scor-pal team along the way:
I am the second stop on the tour so if you came here from The Twinery's blog, you are on the right track. If not, you'll want to back up to there to start the hop. There are some great prizes for those who complete the hop by commenting on each blog so you won't want to miss a stop. Since The Twinery is celebrating all week, you'll have five days to enjoy this hop, so relax and have fun!
All of the projects today contain two elements, baker's twine and use of a Scor-pal. For my card I created a gate-fold card using my Scor-pal and then added twine accents on the sun, kite and to tie the card shut.
My vision was a card that appeared as if the clouds were clearing when opened.
(papers from My Mind's Eye, stamps and dies from My Favorite Things)
The gate fold card was super easy to create using my Scor-pal. No measuring or trying to figure out how to get the folds even. Simply cut the base, place on the Scor-pal and score at the pre-marked grooves!
I'm so glad you stopped by! I hope now you two will give the Scor-pal and baker's twine fro The Twinery a try.
Please make sure you leave a comment on my blog because there are terrific prizes for those who leave comments on each designer's blogs!
Here is a peek of what you can win!!
A twine sampler from the Twinery

The deadline for commenting is 11:59pm EST, Friday, August 19th.
