Today I have two cards using sets from the October release which can be found in the What's New section at Gina K Designs.
For my first card I used Stately Flowers 5 and the frame from Take Note
Supplies:
Card stock: Pure Luxury Hot Cocoa, Honey Mustard (Gina K Designs)
Stamps: Stately Flowers 5, Take Note (Gina K Designs)
Ink: Espresso, Red Barn (Clearsnap)
10lb Hemp
Gems: Gold (Want2Scrap)
Embossing Folder: Sizzix
3-D Foam Squares (Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L™)
Instructions
- Create 4.25"x 5.5" card base from Cocoa card stock.
- Place embossing folder on bottom half of card front and emboss.
- Wrap hemp around area where embossing ends.
- Stamp frame from Take Note stamp set onto honey mustard card stock with espresso ink. Cut out.
- Stamp sunflower image from Stately Flowers 5 stamp set in bottom corner of frame with red ink. Stamp again slightly off center with espresso ink.
- Stamp greeting. Attach to card base with 3D foam squares.
Next up, I have a sample using Vogue Vases 2 and the frame from Take Note
Supplies:

Stamps: Vogue Vases 2, Take Note (Gina K Designs)
Ink: Espresso (Clearsnap)
Markers: Touch Twin YR21, G43 (Shinhan)
Gems: Green (Want2Scrap)
Corner rounder (Fiskars)
3-D Foam Squares (Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L™)
Instructions
- Create 4.25"x 5.5" card base from white card stock. Round bottom corners.
- Stamp frame from Take Note stamp set onto white card stock with espresso ink. Cut out.
- Stamp flower image from Vogue Vases 2 stamp set in bottom corner of frame.
- Color flowers and add gems to centers.
- Stamp greeting. Attach to card base with 3D foam squares.
